The 62EM series is specifically designed to facilitate the conversion of high power industrial systems that are rapidly moving from IGBTs to SiC power devices, such as heavy-duty traction vehicles, auxiliary power units in trains, buses and induction heating systems. The 62EM driver incorporates AgileSwitch\u2019s patented, software configurable Augmented Turn-Off (ATOff™) technology.<\/p>\n
