Dr. Ahyi&#8217;s presentation is titled, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poweramericainstitute.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Ahyi-Abstract-Development-of-an-open-gate-dielectric-process-for-SiC-MOSFET-manufacturing.docx\">&#8220;Development of an Open Gate Dielectric Process for SiC MOSFET Manufacturing.&#8221; \u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ahyi is an Associate Research Faculty in the Auburn University Physics Department. His current work is focused on wide bandgap MOSFET interfaces, especially SiC MOSFET.
