State held a Semiconductor Device Manufacturing workshop June 13-15 at N.C. State University, where participants were introduced to different manufacturing processes for deposition, etching and patterning of a variety of thin films; and went through a basic process flow for GaN Power\u00a0Transistor Fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Galamb, an electrical engineering major at N.C.
