ISPSD is the world\u2019s premier forum for technical discussions in all areas of power semiconductor devices and power integrated circuits that brings together attendees and exhibitors from all fields related to power semiconductors.\u00a0 Main topics include, but are not limited to, device physics, modeling, design, fabrication, materials, packaging, device reliability, and device\/circuit interactions for both silicon and WBG semiconductors.\u00a0 The program includes a full day short course, exciting plenary talks from industry experts, technical lecture and poster sessions, industry exhibitors, and a social program for technical discussions and networking. A\u00a0number of short courses will be offered to registered\u00a0attendees on\u00a0Sunday, May 13.
