Biography<\/em>
\nDr. Jon Zhang is currently the director of power device technology at PowerAmerica, and also serves as an associate member of graduate faculty and adjunct professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NC State University. Before joining NCSU, he was the Senior Scientist at Wolfspeed, a Cree company, leading various projects in both R&D and production in SiC power devices; inventing all-new generation concepts for SiC Schottky diode productions and playing a critical role in the commercialization of all generations of SiC MOSFETs and Schottky diodes.
