PowerAmerica’s Device Bank eliminates the long lead times of pre-production WBG engineering samples. The Device Bank features devices and modules from Wolfspeed, Monolith, Microsemi, GeneSiC, Global Power, USCi and Transphorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can access the device sample bank?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PowerAmerica determines an organization\u2019s or individual\u2019s access to the inventory according to the following four tiers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Institute members currently receiving Institute funding for technical or educational projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Institute members currently receiving other federal funding for technical or educational projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Institute members<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Non-member organizations or individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How may I use my devices?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    PowerAmerica devices will be distributed under a material transfer agreement (MTA). In order for a purchase to be fulfilled, PowerAmerica will need to have a completed MTA and End Use agreement for each device a customer plans to purchase. You\u2019ll find the\u00a0MTA<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0End Use Agreement here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How do I purchase devices?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you’re interested in purchasing a device from the bank, contact poweramerica@ncsu.edu<\/a> with your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
