As PowerAmerica\u2019s Program Specialist, Heather Carroll organizes, manages and plans all of PowerAmerica\u2019s industry and academic events. In addition, she serves as PowerAmerica\u2019s human resources liaison, Graduate Services Coordinator and Office Manager, among other roles. Prior to joining PowerAmerica, Ms. Carroll worked in various Event Management, Recruiting and National Television Production roles for over 20 years. Ms. Carroll holds a bachelor\u2019s of science in communication and media studies from East Carolina University.\u00a0 Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, hiking, and reaching her goal of visiting all 50 states.
