Bio

Lavinia Sebastian has 14 years of experience working for two-year and four-year public institutions of higher education. Throughout her career in higher education, Ms. Sebastian has worked as both a physics instructor and STEM program coordinator, exploring ways to increase student retention rates by establishing industry connections. Her passion has always been creating pathways for students to achieve STEM education and a successful career. Before joining the higher education industry, Ms. Sebastian worked as an engineer, upon earning her bachelor’s in electrical and electronics engineering.
