During her career, she has excelled as a physics instructor and STEM program coordinator, focusing on innovative strategies to enhance student retention by fostering industry connections. Passionate about empowering students, Ms. Sebastian is dedicated to creating pathways that enable learners to pursue STEM education and build successful careers.

Before transitioning to higher education, Ms. Sebastian worked as an engineer, gaining valuable industry expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Master’s in Applied Physics, and a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Higher Education Organizational Leadership.
