PowerAmerica Participates in Manufacturing USA Annual Meeting in Washington DC

PowerAmerica participated in the Manufacturing USA Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., from April 30 through May 1. This annual event gathers all 17 Manufacturing USA Institutes to foster collaboration, share best practices and learn about upcoming federal funding opportunities. 

The event culminated with a visit to the U.S. Capitol where Sens. Chris Coons (Del.) and Tammy Baldwin (Wis.) participated in the celebration of of the Manufacturing Institutes’s 10-year anniversary. Both senators spoke highly of the impact the Institutes have had in revitalizing manufacturing and creating more high-tech jobs across the country.
