As noted on the cover page of the Call for Projects document, Concept Papers are due on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 9:00pm EDT. The Full Proposal submission deadline is Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 5:00pm EST.
Click here to submit your Call for Projects Concept Paper and Full Proposal by respective deadlines referenced above. All applicants must use the required templates listed below for proposals. As noted in the Call for Projects document, only the Quad Chart is required for the Concept Paper. All three templates listed below are required for the Full Proposal.
